I had the privilege of shooting Russ and Jenn’s maternity photos not so long ago, and now, the opportunity to follow up that shoot with a shoot of their new addition, baby Parker! We had a great time walking around Atlanta and taking photos wherever we felt like it stopping. It was great to be spontaneous and open to whatever we might come across. We had no plan whatsoever. It was great. Also, thanks to Dan for pushing me to do a shoot all available light. It was challenging, but a blast. Enjoy!

I know it has been too terribly long since my last post. I have a TON of stuff to post, and here is the first round!
I recently had the pleasure of working with the most awesome Snider Sisters! Hannah and Holly spent a few hours with me on a most beautiful Saturday afternoon. They wanted to surprise their mom with the first photos of them together in years. This would be her Christmas present that she will never forget. This was quite possibly the most fun I have ever had with clients. They were truly a pleasure to work with! Hannah and Holly gave their mom all of the files and a beautiful enlargement of their favorite photo on metallic paper (which is my new favorite paper!). Hannah and Holly: I hope to work with you again very soon!

One thing about getting married is you suddenly double your family…or in my case, quadruple it! My wife, Lisa, comes from a family of 9! She has 6 brothers and sisters, and of course, her mom and dad. One of Lisa’s older brothers, Dr. Jason as I call him, married a sweet girl named Emily. Emily comes from a rather large family as well, with 3 sisters and a brother. Emily and her brother and sisters asked me to photograph her family as a present for their parents 35th wedding anniversary. Some of their friends were nice enough to let us use their backyard in Norcross, overlooking the Chattahoochee River. We had a great time taking all sorts of family portraits. Thanks for letting me shoot you guys! The Nelson family rocks!

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with an awesome, super talented young couple named Priscilla Henson and Dave Caselli. I can particularly relate to Dave, since he is a very creative person. Dave is a super talented graphic artist and spends a lot of time designing in Flash. He is the founder of 23 Designs. He is also a principle designer for Indigo Studios in Atlanta. Priscilla and Dave wanted to have their engagement photos done at Piedmont Park in Atlanta since this is where they got engaged and would soon be married. We had a great time shooting and getting video footage that Dave would later turn into a very well produced video that told the story of their relationship. They showed the video at the wedding reception and it was an instant hit. Stay tuned for photos from their wedding and reception that was held at Piedmont Tavern! Priscilla and Dave, I wish you guys the best!
